Who could benefit from counselling?
You may have a time in your life when you feel stuck and unsure of what to do next, either in your job, relationship or in life in general. You may feel you are repeating patterns: the same arguments, the same work difficulties, the same unfulfilled dreams. This may bring on depression, addiction, anxiety or other overwhelming feelings. You may have experienced loss and would like to make sense of your life and new directions.
Counselling can offer you a confidential and safe space to explore feelings about yourself and the situations you are experiencing. By allowing emotions to surface you may then be able to make new decisions based on your inner needs.
Some areas of counselling that I work with:
Abuse / Anxiety / Panic Attacks / Anger Management / Bullying / Bereavement / Career
Counselling / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Cultural issues / Depression / Identity
problems / Life transitions / Low Self-
